Syndicated Show Enquiry Form

Please use this form, if you would like to express an interest in Shout Radio taking your Syndicated Show.

If you want to join the station in any other capacity, (Including Live Presenting), please use our Volunteer Application Form.
Please contact us via shows@shoutradio.org.uk, if your show is already syndicated on the station.
please provide us with a contact number. (Only applicable if you are in the United Kingdom)
Please choose a Genre, which best represents your show.
Please tell us more about the show you would like us to Syndicate. IE: What the show is about, what type of music you plan to play (if a music show) and if you have any special features.
Please tell us the Total duration of your show.

Important!

Most syndicated shows are sent in either two or three 58 minute segments, or 6 segments per hour of each show. It is up to you if you, which way you if you want to send each hour as as a separate file (IE: Two or three 58 minute segments) or if you want to send us each hour in multiple parts. (IE: 4 15 minute segments)
We do have a tool on our system, which allows you to upload your own show to our server. Some Presenters find this an invaluable tool, as they can upload their show themselves, instead of sending it in to us each week.

a login and full instructions on how to upload your show will be sent to you, If you decide to upload your show yourself. Show uploads can be done 24 7 using this tool. It is quick and easy to use, without affecting the station output.

Please Note:

you will need to select No to the below question, If you are planning to self upload your show each week.
We ask if the file names of your show segments change for a good reason. it is possible for our server to automatically download your show on a weekly basis, If the filename of the show segments do not change. For example: The Midweek-Mix-Part-1.mp3)

To allow us to this, you will need to make sure you have either a One Drive or Dropbox account and can add shows@shoutradio.org.uk as an email address that can access the content.

You are welcome to use a service like Wetransfer.com to send us your shows, you cannot provide the same filename on a weekly basis.

All shows must be sent in .MP3 format ONLY, and at a minimum of, 48 hours before your show is due to be broadcast. This applies to self uploaded and shows sent to us for upload.
Please tell us about you, your broadcasting background and what you hope to bring to the station, through your syndicated show.
I hereby declare that the information provided is true and correct. I also understand that any willful dishonesty may render for refusal of this application or immediate termination of my show.

If this application is successful, I authorize Shout Radio to keep this information in my personal file, otherwise, all information will be destroyed within 3 months after the date of application.
